ABOUT
ME
It's always a good moment to dance
I was born dancing. There's something about moving through space with purpose and form that is so energizing and fulfilling to me. I started ballet lessons at age five and carried forward training in studios throughout the Bay Area.
In college, I wanted to explore a variety of dance styles and trained in everything from hip hop to Congolese to modern to jazz, while also running a ballet company. It was also in college that I took my first ballroom dance lessons and fell in love with the gracefulness of classical steps as well as the joy and challenge of dancing with a partner.

Being able to share my love of dance through teaching is a great passion of mine. Whenever I hear someone say, "I can't dance," I tell them that dance is just a skill and like any other skill, it takes practice. It also helps to have a teacher or a coach. From the time I started teaching dance back in high school to running dance camps in college to offering dance workshops to helping couples with their first dance for their wedding, I have loved helping clients ignite their own passion for dance and enjoy seeing them get better week after week.

It all comes together in the performance. Whether it's performing in front of a crowd or a gathering of close friends or even just a video camera, there's nothing like the spotlight being on you to push you to be your best and shine. I help my clients get ready for those times and seize their moment to dance.
